2B1 ASK1
Talk with someone you know who is a Mason. If you do not know anyone who is a Mason, stop by the Lodge or contact the Grand Lodge of Texas. Masons do not solicit for members, so you will need to express an initial interest in joining the Fraternity. You’ll then need to complete a petition for membership. Three men will then meet with you to answer your questions and interview you. These men will report back to the Lodge and your petition will be presented for secret ballot. If accepted, you will be notified to receive the first of three Degrees of Masonry.
